Privacy Policy
What we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we store
- From Discord when you log in: your user ID, username, display name, avatar and locale. We never see your password, messages, or the servers you're in — unless you choose to list a server, in which case we read the list of servers you manage once and keep it for at most 15 minutes.
- Discord access tokens are used once during login and are never stored.
- What you do on Disportal: listings you submit, votes (time and listing), reviews, reports and notifications.
- Anonymous usage counts: page views and Invite/Join clicks per listing, with no user identifier attached.
- A single session cookie that keeps you logged in. We don't use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
Why
- To run your account and listings, count votes fairly and prevent abuse.
- To send you review decisions on the site and by Discord DM.
- To show owners aggregate statistics about their listings.
Who can see it
- Public: your Discord name and avatar next to listings you own and reviews you write.
- Owners never see who voted for or reported their listing.
- Moderators see what they need to handle submissions and reports.
- We don't sell personal data.
Retention
- Sessions expire after 30 days of inactivity.
- Account data is kept while your account exists. Moderation and audit records are kept as long as needed to keep the platform safe.
Your rights (GDPR / KVKK)
