Listing & community guidelines
What we approve, what we remove, and how reviews and reports work.
Oct 18, 2026
Every listing must
- Be owned or managed by the person submitting it.
- Follow the Discord Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and Developer Policy.
- Have an honest name, icon and description — no impersonation of other bots, brands or people.
- Work when we review it: bots must be online and respond; server invites must be permanent and valid.
- Ask only for the permissions it actually needs. Bots requesting Administrator are shown with a warning.
Not allowed
- Scams, phishing, token grabbers, nitro/free-item giveaways that require logins, and malware.
- Vote buying, vote rewards that require voting for specific listings, alt accounts or automated voting.
- NSFW or adult content (these listings are not accepted at this time).
- Hate, harassment, or content that targets people or groups.
- Spam: mass DMs without consent, unsolicited advertising, duplicate or clone listings.
Server listings
- The Disportal bot must stay in your server. It needs no permissions and only keeps your member count fresh and powers /bump.
- If the bot is removed or your invite stops working, your listing is marked “Needs attention”. Fix it within 72 hours or it is hidden until fixed.
Reviews
- One review per person per listing. You can edit or delete it at any time.
- Owners can't review their own listings, but they can post one public reply per review.
- Reviews must be about your own experience. No ads, links to other listings, personal information or abuse.
- Offering rewards for positive reviews is not allowed.
- Moderators may hide reviews that break these rules.
Reports & enforcement
Anyone logged in can report a listing or review. Reports go only to our moderators; owners never see who reported.
Depending on severity we may request changes, hide content, reject or suspend a listing, or ban an account. Every decision is logged with a reason. To appeal, open a ticket in our Discord.
